Pricing and services
How much does it cost?
Nextcloud from €6 per month excl. VAT. Web, email, and VPS are on our pricing page. AI and integration are quoted after a consultation. Always as a flat fee, not per user.
Do you serve consumers (B2C)?
No. We focus on companies, municipalities, and other organisations (B2B). We do not sell to individuals for private use at this time.
Can we combine several services?
Yes. Nextcloud, chat, AI, hosting, and VPS integration can run together. One contract, one contact, EU data. Contact.
Why not Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
US clouds follow different laws and often charge per user. Comparison: comparison with US clouds.
Migration and operations
Where is data stored physically?
In data centres in Germany (EU). Not in the US or “somewhere in the cloud”. More on our technical page.
Can you help move from Google or Microsoft?
Yes. First we map what you have and what must not break. Then we prepare a migration plan without unnecessary downtime.
How often do you back up?
Depends on the plan: from twice a week to daily. Enterprise can include off-site backups. Details: backup and protection.
How long does deployment take?
Standard Nextcloud is often live within a few days after agreement. Migration from another cloud depends on volume. We plan it upfront.
What if we exceed disk capacity?
We warn you in time. We can upgrade the plan or add storage. Without silent account lockout like large SaaS vendors.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Nextcloud, Rocket.Chat, and web typically run on your domain (e.g. cloud.yourcompany.com). We help with DNS and certificates.
Legal, GDPR, and municipalities
Who is controller and who is processor?
For hosted services (Nextcloud, chat, AI) you are controller. We are processor under the DPA. For website inquiries we are controller. See privacy policy.
Is this suitable for municipalities?

Do you provide a contract and invoice?

Technical and AI
Is AI safe for company documents?
Yes, if it runs with you or in the EU and we set rules on who may use what. It is not public ChatGPT with contract uploads. More: AI in the EU.
How does support work?
Phone and email during business hours. Larger contracts can include SLA. You reach us directly, not only an anonymous ticket queue.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer an automatic trial. We are happy to prepare a no-obligation proposal and show how it would look for you.
